What we do:
1. Turn up and find out what's actually happening.
2. Clear the blockage with the right tools! A plunger or rod for a grease-blocked gully, an electric eel for a floor waste, high-pressure jetting for roots or a boundary trap.
3. Put the camera down the line to investigate the cause of the blockage.
4. Flush and test the line to ensure everything is working as it should.
5. Tell you what we found. Whether it's roots getting in through the joins. Grease. Paper. Old clay pipe that's cracked or pulled apart. Low points in the line holding water. Sometimes nothing at all. We'll give you all the information to make the right decision.
6. Advise on any repairs with a written, upfront and honest quote.

High-pressure water jetting
Using the high pressure water jetting machine breaks up any tree roots, blockages and build ups that may be within your sewer or stormwater line. These nasties are then flushed through to prevent any future problems.
If the pipe has collapsed, cracked or is beyond jetting
Sometimes a blockage is a symptom of a collapsed pipe. When that happens, we can repair the section, reline it, or excavate and replace it — and we'll show you the footage at the beginning and the end of the process.

From $385 you will get a technician in a fully stocked van, with both a high pressure water jetting machine and a drain camera, ready to clear any blockage that you may have. This price covers the first hour on site.
If we find that more work is required, we'll provide you with upfront and honest advise on what is necessary to get you back up and running.

We were called to carry out an annual clean of the stormwater lines on this strata block. We found that tree roots had fully blocked 90% of the pipework. We used the high pressure water jetting machine to clear the roots, flushed the lines of roots and debris and then used our CCTV to make sure there were no more issues.

Dee Why
Sewage was spilling over into the street and causing a mess. We provided the customer with an upfront quote and then got to work. We used our high pressure water jetting machine to clear the blockage and then used CCTV to look for the cause. We then made sure all was cleaned up and back to normal once the problem was solved.

Sewage had risen up through the boundary trap and was running down a public footpath. We taped off the area and used our high pressure water jetting machine to clear the blockage. We then disinfected the footpath and got it back to a safe standard.

We carried out a preventative search of all stormwater drains, looking for possible root ingress, cracks, collapses or low points. Any one of these has the potenial to create a big problem in a heavy downpour. We then gave the customer all the information required to make a decision on what to do next.
